Records belong to your practice account. Decisions retain source versions, changes are recorded in audit history, and internal assurance uses an independent review chain before sign-off.
Upload only necessary, redacted documents. Files are stored privately, integrity-checked on download and only available to permitted members. Permissions are checked on the server. We do not run antivirus scanning, so upload only files you trust.
Changes are recorded against the account and can be exported for your own files.
